Turn Your World Upside-Down. Are you fearful of going upside down?
Did you glide into a handstand as a child?
Do you know how to keep yourself safe in shoulder stand?

This two-hour workshop on will focus on the how to keep safe in inverted postures such as headstand, handstand, backbends and will focus on the aspects of ourselves (both mental and physical) that sometimes hold us back from doing things that we would really like to do.

Throughout the workshop, we will realise that being ‘upside down’ is really no big deal when we overcome our fears, align ourselves correctly and keep ourselves safe by following some grounding principles. We may even garner a new perspective while doing so.

The class will begin with a soulful flow practice which will prepare us for the inversion component of this workshop.
