Resolve and Intent – Yoga & Journaling for a New Year

 A heart-centered practice of inner connection, movement, and release to journey forward into the New Year with space and strength. Taught by Máirín O’Grady.

Over two workshops we will gently move into the body, boosting our energy levels after the Holiday Season. Through a relaxing guided meditation, we will drop our awareness into our hearts and listen there for guidance, creating room for our intentions through a personal journaling practice.

We will reflect on the year that’s been, celebrating our victories and letting go of what no longer serves us. We will connect to our inner values, creating an intention or Sankalpa. We surround this intention with a simple self-practice of care and comfort to allow our intentions to flourish in our lives. Feel into the body. Listen to the heart. Hold the warmth and light of the future.
