Mindful Movement & Nidra with Kasandra

Join us for a “holiday on the mat” in this blissful workshop with Yoga Therapist Kasandra Ziolkowska

Starting with a Body Scan and a gentle Pranayama (breathing exercise), this workshop will let you connect with yourself and your body’s natural ability to restore through gentle movement, breathing, meditation and relaxation.

In a slow Yoga flow, we will move with particular attention to our breath, working with it to open up through hips and shoulders that often tense up when we stress, and to create a lovely spacious feeling throughout the spine.
Following a seated guided meditation session, you will then be given plenty of time to go into a deep relaxation and restore your nervous system in Savasana with an epic Yoga Nidra for ultimate bliss.
