Reconnect with yourself and your practice after a hectic St Patricks weekend!

We begin with seated meditation placing focus on our breath to bring ourselves into the present moment. Yin practice offers a welcome balance to our active yang lifestyle, these resting poses or asanas are held for 3-5 minutes, connecting to the breath while gently stretching the fascia or connective tissue.

The meditative breath work, combined with gravity and this slow-paced practice enhance joint mobility and flexibility, allowing for a deeper awareness of the body.

Each pose connects to a number of meridian lines of energy that run throughout the body. Leave feeling blissful and rejuvenated.
