Inversions: Inside Out Upside Down with Bev Porrino

This workshop is all about fun and turning your world upside down then learning how to adjust mentally and physically to being upended. It’s resilience and confidence building, it’s about conquering your fears and self-limiting beliefs through play. You will laugh, you may fly you might even fall but you will surprise yourself.

There are so many benefits to being upside down like calming the nervous system, helping to relieve stress. Inversions stimulate the pituitary and pineal glands, they strengthen and tone your upper body, your spinal and core muscles as well as promoting healthy lung function and correct breathing.

So if you want to energise your body and have more mental clarity this workshop is for you, From downward dog ( yes this is also an inverted posture) to handstands and forearm balancing we will cover the fundamentals of the muscles we use and how to safely align in the posture.
