Lynda Haran – Amatsu Therapist
My background is nursing, however, I have always had an interest in holistic health. This led me to study holistic massage (ITEC accredited), however, my interest was piqued when I was introduced to Amatsu, when I myself had a scary experience. I had displaced an intervertebral disc and could barely stand straight. I was frightened and had heard that amatsu was a gentle technique. After one treatment, I walked away with very little pain and a restored posture. This obviously intrigued me. I returned to amatsu for follow up treatment until the body recovered. From then on, I routinely attended for a treatment to restore any deviations from my physical balance. I would see regular treatment as a huge preventative option for my own
health and well being. As a result I began studying Amatsu and practice as an Amatsu Orthopath currently in Dublin. I continue to be intrigued and delighted by the body and the constant discovery with amatsu. In my practice I see the benefits for the health and well-being of all my clients with this dynamic approach to health. I practice under the Amatsu Therapy Association (A.T.A). I am also a Member of R.O.S.T.I. (the Register of Orthopaedic and Soft Tissue Therapies) of Ireland.
