Whenever my head was full, I went to yoga. I started developing a steady practice in 2011 at my favourite school in Amsterdam. Svaha taught me strong spiritual vinyasa to ‘burn’ the fluctuations of the mind and to open up the body. The more I practiced, the more things in my life started to shift. Some things simply didn’t feel right anymore. To support this process of diving in, I went on several deep rest meditation retreats and started making solo travels in Europe and India. As I proceeded back home, life started to flow again and all kinds of adventures and lovely people started to come on my path. All of this led to me finishing my 500hr Iyengar/Jivamukti based Vinyasa teacher training early 2018. Since then I’ve been teaching in studios in Amsterdam and I have moved to the lovely city of Dublin, to continue my journey. With all of you. I teach strong flow, slow flow, hatha and meditation.

In the coming year I will also offer pregnancy yoga.
