A book That Inspired You – Sophia Pallaro
Lisa: Hi Sophia, is there a certain book that comes to mind that has inspired or motivated you to become a better teacher?
Relax and Renew: Restful Yoga for Stressful Times by Judith Hanson Lasater. This book was the first resource fully dedicated to restorative yoga. Published in 1995, it remains a cornerstone for developing a balanced and round practice. It offers detailed explanations of the poses as well as nice sequences aimed at helping with a variety of conditions and circumstances. It gives great guidance on how to use props in assisting your poses.
