A book That Inspired You – Orla Crosse

Lisa: Hi Orla, is there a certain book that has inspired or motivated you to become a better teacher?

One that comes to mind is Movement by Gray Cook. As a Chartered Physiotherapist, I am always looking for new ways to teach people correctly and pain-free movement. Combining yoga, Strength & Conditioning and Physiotherapy, I feel I am giving myself and my students the best chance at having medically sound information. Grey Cook is a well respected Physical Therapist in the USA and I believe in what he has to say.
