Positive Breastfeeding

“I found doing an independent breastfeeding workshop in the elbowroom so informative. As a result, I feel so much more assured and confident and have been successful breastfeeding my newborn baby girl. Really simple tips like how to get a good latch, knowing the signs and cues that baby is feeding well and how to spot early signs of infection to prevent mastitis made me feel prepared and informed. I highly recommend this workshop to all expectant mothers” Moya Sheilds
