Beat the January blues with our healthy Habits

The last of the Christmas goodies have been scoffed and the New Years tipples have been toppled. We’re ready to crank up the gears and are fighting fit for work and school.

Or maybe not.  Are the energy levels somewhere around the thighs, your winter wardrobe not co-operating with the waistline & the mere mention of work life balance leaving you exhausted?

Getting fit & staying healthy can be challenging and we all need a little motivation and encouragement to form healthy habits.  We have great classes and workshops to help you reach your goals.

If you want to work on your focus and your stresses and strains are challenged by the cold weather our 4 week Introduction to Yoga course is a great foundation to learn how to strengthen both body and mind.  This beginners you course begins on Weds 5th of January.

Is fitness your number one priority this year?  We have brilliant kickstart bootcamps to get you on the right road.  On Sat January 11th and 18th, we’ve combined the best of our pilates, yoga, body conditioning, and meditation classes.  All with delicious healthy snacks to keep you going.

Our pilates foundation 4 week courses taught by Aideen Macken and Brian Buckley, will ensure you keep all those newly formed habits motivated and developed.

And the secret to being truly fit and healthy is a good diet. Our resident nutritionist Kevin Callan has put together A 2 session course on healthy eating.  Learn how and why you should detox.  He will encourage you to keep healthy eating patterns as a fundamental to your new healthy habits.

We have started the year with something for everyone and if your not sure what exercise plan is right for you try one of our drop in classes.  If you have a baby in tow our baby friendly classes will keep you fit and motivated with other mums like you.  Ask at reception if your unsure where to start.

Best of luck with your new healthy habits
